Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Provide a wide range of therapeutic services including individual, group, and family counseling utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
• Implement evidence-based interventions like motivational interviewing, behavioral health strategies
• Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations for medical documentation and confidentiality.

Requirements

• LMSW or LCSW
• Willingness to provide community based services and work remotely

Pay: From $70.00 per hour
