Psychiatry Compliance Officer

Experteer Overview In this role you assist the psychiatric department in meeting requirements, ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance for youth seen by clinicians, and support quality care aligned with guidelines. You will act as a liaison across departments and with external providers, helping the Lead Psychiatrist and Director of Residential Support Services. This position links operations with clinical leadership to maintain compliant, coordinated care for youth. Compensation / Benefits • Oversee department requirements, scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance for youth patients • Ensure care quality aligns with ACS guidelines and 29 I regulations • Coordinate with CV departments, outside providers, and stakeholders • Provide support to department staff, Lead Psychiatrist, and Director of Residential Support Services Tasks • College degree required • Spanish speaking preferred • 3+ years in a clinical/mental health setting plus 3+ years in child welfare preferred • Past experience as coordinator or supervisor preferred • Organized, enthusiastic, motivated, and personable • Proficiency with Word and Excel required • Experience with electronic health records (eCW, myEvolv) preferred Key requirements •
