Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time / Part-Time (Hybrid)
Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. This position offers flexibility along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality behavioral services and support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA (preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
