Why This Role Is Perfect for Graduate Students
- Direct access to ongoing BCBA supervision aligned with BACB requirements

- Provide clinical support and modeling to direct care staff (e.g., RBTs/Behavior Technicians)
- Collect, review, and summarize data to support treatment planning decisions
- Support behavior plan implementation with fidelity across settings
- Participate in supervision meetings, team trainings, and clinical discussions
- Communicate professionally with caregivers under BCBA guidance
- Maintain ethical standards and documentation in accordance with BACB and company policies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an MA or MS program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Actively seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong interest in clinical leadership and skill development
- Excellent communication, organization, and professional judgment
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client‑centered care
What We Offer
- Hourly compensation with opportunities for increased responsibility and growth
- High‑quality, individualized BCBA supervision
- Clear clinical development pathways
- Supportive, mission‑aligned clinical culture
- Opportunity to transition into higher‑level roles as certification progresses
Who Thrives in This Role
