A full-time School Social Worker position is available at a K-12 school in Mason, MI. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 48 students, providing essential social work services to support the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized support plans.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to promote student well-being.
- Advocate for students rights and access to educational and social services.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
