JOB SUMMARY::
A Resident Care Coordinator will work closely with the Health Services team in our Community Based Care facility to ensure the quality care of all residents. This position plays an important part of organizing and assisting with training new care staff and provide ongoing mentorship to our current employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Act as lead trainer for care team (including Caregivers and Med Techs)
- Overseeing on-going training for all staff
- Reviews assignments with Executive Director and Director of Health Services
- Works with residents on activities of daily living while encouraging self-care and independence
- Assist leadership with putting together staff schedules
- Document any resident change of condition
- Willing to cover shifts when needed
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Must be 18 years of age
