Job Overview
***MUST BE BILINGUAL and ALREADY HAVE YOUR RBT CERTIFICATION FROM THE BACB. We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you’ll work alongside a BCBA to support children and young adults in their homes and communities, helping them build skills, gain independence, and make real progress.
At Pillars Behavioral Health, we’re big on making sure every family feels supported and has access to quality care. We have a Spanish-speaking program so families can feel comfortable and understood, and we support clients across all stages—from early intervention to life skills programming for individuals up to age 21.
We also care a lot about giving back and expanding access, so we actively work in communities where services are limited—because everyone deserves support.
Our team culture is something we’re really proud of. We focus on creating a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment where you don’t feel like you’re on your own. We value compassion, teamwork, growth, faith, and genuinely having fun while doing meaningful work.
If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, feel supported, and make a real impact—we’d love to have you on the team.
