Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated part-time School Psychologist to provide essential support at a K-12 campus located in Buda, TX. This onsite position requires collaboration with an educational diagnostician to deliver comprehensive psychological services to students, educators, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-12.
- Collaborate closely with the onsite educational diagnostician to interpret findings and develop appropriate interventions.
- Provide counseling and support services to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) and assist in developing strategies that promote academic success.
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with district and state regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) in the state of Texas.
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and consultation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be available to work onsite with no exceptions.
