Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients either in a daycare setting or in-home

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client progress using CentralReach (experience required)

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client success

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment during therapy sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20–$26/hour (depending on experience)

• Hours: 20–25 hours per week

• Schedule:

• Location: Salt Lake City area, Utah

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• At least 3–6 months of experience as an RBT

• CentralReach experience required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
