The ideal candidate brings strong supervisory experience, a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, and the ability to inspire, mentor, and hold a team accountable while maintaining a supportive and professional culture.Job Summary: The RTC Residential Clinical Director provides leadership, oversight, and clinical supervision to the behavioral health team in a residential treatment setting. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality client care, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing development of clinical staff. The Clinical Director fosters a collaborative, trauma-informed environment and models professionalism, ethical practice, and client-centered care at all times.Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance oversight to clinical staff. • Ensure compliance with Arizona state regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policies. • Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and quality assurance processes. • Promote and maintain a trauma-informed, collaborative treatment environment. • Model and uphold professional boundaries and ethical clinical practice. • Support staff training, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Assist with crisis intervention and escalated client situations as needed. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive client care. • Travel between clinic locations within a 30-minute radius as required.Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: • Active Arizona license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. • 3–5 years of clinical supervisory or management experience. • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Clear and professional communication skills with staff, clients, and families.If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
