Resiliency Mind + Body Medicine is a rapidly growing physician-owned outpatient psychiatry practicein Orange County, California specializing in interventional psychiatry and treatment-resistant depression.

Dr. LaFrenierre is hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatristto join her team in Anaheim Hills this fall! We are opening our third location and looking for a psychiatrist who wants to be a part of our esteemed team.

This position offers the opportunity to practice outpatient psychiatry in a collaborative environment with access to Deep TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (esketamine), and advanced treatment modalities.

Position Type

Full-time or part-time utpatient psychiatry
Hybrid schedule with minimum 2 days onsite per week

Compensation

Total Full Time Compensation Potential: $300,000 – $400,000+

Includes:

• Base salary: $220,000
• Uncapped productivity bonus
• High demand patient panel

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychiatric care and medication management

Evaluate patients for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato treatment

Manage complex and treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions

Supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and interventional technicians

Participate in clinical program development and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

MD or DO with completed psychiatry residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Active California medical license

Interest in interventional psychiatry, neuromodulation, or treatment-resistant depression

Experience supervising advanced practice providers preferred
