Registered Behavior Technician

Earn $17–$21 per hour. No experience required — we provide paid training and RBT certification support.

Beyond Behavior is hiring compassionate and reliable individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with autism. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time (32–40 hours/week).

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 therapy in clinic and/or in-home settings
• Follow structured treatment plans (training provided)
• Track client progress
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Work alongside a supportive clinical team

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Professional, positive, and dependable
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 30 days (paid training provided)
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, education, or psychology is a plus (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond appropriately to active behaviors
