Experteer Overview As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you contribute to accessible, personalized mental healthcare in an outpatient setting, with options for in-person or telehealth care. You will work within a growing clinical team to deliver assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans that improve client outcomes. Compensation / Benefits • Perform psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations • Diagnose and develop treatment plans; evaluate and adjust plans as needed • Provide therapy to clients • Complete documentation and generate reports • Make referrals for additional treatment when appropriate Tasks • Fully licensed in one or more US states • Ph.D. or Psy.D. • Experience treating adults, children, and adolescents • Experience with testing intakes and planning assessment batteries • Report writing and feedback sessions • Familiarity with some psychological testing (testing referrals to Psychometrists) Key requirements • Flexible work schedules • Hybrid telemedicine and in-person flexibility • Generous above-market compensation with uncapped earnings • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life) and 401k with match • Paid parental leave, holidays, EAP • CME and professional development opportunities
