Job Description:
We are a specialized neuroimaging and TMS therapy practice operating through Smart Brain and Health and Medical Imaging Center of Southern California, utilizing advanced MRI-guided, neuronavigated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) protocols alongside comprehensive diagnostic imaging services.
We are seeking a TMS Technician & Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role ideal for individuals interested in building a long-term career in healthcare, neuroscience, or patient care operations.
This position is not suited for individuals currently enrolled in graduate programs or planning to apply in the near term, as we are seeking team members who can commit to continuity, training, and growth within the role.
We provide full TMS certification and training in our clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer TMS treatments according to physician-guided protocols
- Perform pre-treatment screenings and monitor patients throughout sessions
- Coordinate patient scheduling for consultations and treatment courses
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patient communication and support
- Assist with insurance authorizations, documentation, and record collection
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize care delivery
- Support overall patient experience from intake through completion of care
Additional Responsibilities (Imaging Center Support):
- Assist with front office coordination and patient flow at Medical Imaging Center of Southern California
- Support scheduling and patient communication for diagnostic imaging services
- Help ensure a smooth and professional patient experience across both entities
What We’re Looking For:
- TMS Technician Certification, Medical Assistant background, or relevant healthcare experience
- Open to candidates with strong backgrounds in client relations, patient coordination, or sales who are interested in transitioning into healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in mental health, neuroscience, or patient-centered care
- EMR experience preferred

Position Details:
- Full-time, 100% in-person
- Occasional Saturdays (rare)
