Inpatient Treatment Center – Avalon Malibu

We are a compassionate, client‑centered residential treatment facility dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey. We are seeking a warm, organized, and service‑oriented Client Care & Hospitality Coordinator to join our team on a part‑time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people‑focused environment, enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, and can adapt to the dynamic needs of a treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client orientations, ensuring each new arrival feels welcomed, informed, and supported
• Provide hospitality support, including assisting with client needs, comfort, and day‑to‑day requests
• Support aftercare coordination, helping clients prepare for next steps in their recovery plan
• Attend and participate in treatment team meetings to support continuity of care
• Maintain a professional, compassionate presence throughout the facility
• Assist with general client care tasks as needed to support the clinical and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine people person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and supportive in a treatment environment
• Flexible and adaptable—comfortable adjusting to changing needs and priorities
• Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
• Experience in treatment, hospitality, customer service, or client care is a plus (but not required)
