No prior experience required. Fully paid training provided.

- Entry-level Behavior Technician
- RBT certification supported by SNN
- BT Trainer
- Supervisor (while completing Master’s program)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (starting salary $88,000)
As a nonprofit organization, Special Needs Network qualifies under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Your years of employment count toward eligibility.
Job Details
Pay: $21 to $30 per hour based on education and experience
Schedule: 15 to 20 hours per week, afternoons Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays
Training: Paid 7-day training, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Travel: Up to 15 miles from home ZIP code
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Comfortable with device-based data entry
- Physically able to kneel, run, and lift up to 35 lbs
- Experience with children preferred
- Psychology, Early Childhood, or related background preferred
