Job Overview

Ashton Mental Health is seeking a licensed and compassionate Independent Contractor Therapist (SWC, LSW, LPCC) to join our growing network of mental health professionals in the Boulder area. You will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to client populations of your choosing, including children, adolescents, adults, and/or individuals with disabilities, while maintaining full clinical autonomy over your caseload, schedule, and therapeutic approach.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for a self-directed clinician looking to build or expand a flexible private practice. Clinicians set their own schedules and may see clients in-person, via telehealth, or through a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure/certification as a Social Worker (SWC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Professional liability (malpractice) insurance required before meeting with clients
• Must maintain own licensure, continuing education, and compliance with all relevant state and ethical guidelines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a caseload and clinical documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $115.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 35 per week
