A combined room-count of nearly 200 rooms and suites allows us to create a memorable experience for any occasion!

JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently hiring Banquet Servers, Bartenders, and Housemen to support our events and banquet operations. These roles are responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring seamless event execution, and maintaining a polished and welcoming environment for all guests.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up banquet and event spaces according to floor plans and specifications
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment accurately
• Greet guests and provide attentive, professional service
• Serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner (Servers/Bartenders)
• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with standards (Bartenders)
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations
• Assist with transporting equipment, setup, and breakdown (Housemen)
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events
• Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to ensure proper timing of service
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards
• Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Assist with post-event cleanup and reset

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of banquet and event service procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
