Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a licensed School Counselor to provide dedicated support within a middle school environment. Positioned onsite at Legacy Knoll Middle School in Jefferson, GA, this contract role offers a meaningful way to impact students academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Develop and implement individualized counseling plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to address student needs.
• Participate in student assessments and interventions.
• Maintain confidential student records in accordance with school policies.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Georgia School Counselor endorsement/license is required.
• Experience working as a School Counselor in a K-12 setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and support diverse student populations.
• Commitment to student wellbeing and academic success.
