Full-Time LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW for Group Practice

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Licensed Therapist (LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW) to join our growing group practice. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. This role includes providing in-person and telehealth services to ensure accessible, consistent support for clients.

• 1099 independent contractor role
• Flexible schedule with in-person and telehealth options

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Implement treatment strategies for various mental health conditions.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and progress in therapy.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in accordance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

Experience

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $47.00 - $49.00 per hour
