Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Licensed Therapist (LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW) to join our growing group practice. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. This role includes providing in-person and telehealth services to ensure accessible, consistent support for clients.
- 1099 independent contractor role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Implement treatment strategies for various mental health conditions.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and progress in therapy.
- Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in accordance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.
Experience
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
