We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will provide direct services and oversee behavior intervention plans in home, community, and/or clinic-based settings. Compensation
- $85-105 per hour, commensurate with experience

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
- Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and professional guidelines
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
