Experteer Overview As a BCBA at AST/LEARN Behavioral, you guide evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism, supervising teams and shaping individualized programs. You collaborate with families and cross-functional teams to ensure assent-based, client-centered care that supports school and life success. You will lead supervision, program direction, and data-driven decision making while engaging in ongoing professional development. This role offers mentorship, regional collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to specialized initiatives that improve outcomes. Compensation / Benefits • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members • Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment Tasks • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal) • Master's degree or higher Key requirements • Free, on-demand CEUs on LEARNing Lab • Yearly professional development stipend • Monthly clinical forums (live CEUs) • 28 days of total paid time off for new, full-time BCBAs • Medical, Vision, Dental • 401(k) with discretionary match starting at year 1
