We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — a compassionate and driven professional committed to empowering individuals through evidence-based behavioral support, clinical leadership, and meaningful collaboration with care teams.

Position Overview

Status: Part-Time (Hybrid: Remote with in-field support as needed)

Classification: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Based on individual client needs

Supervises: RBTs, Staff Leads, Assistant Managers, CLIs

About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges by designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

This is an opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact—helping individuals build skills, improve quality of life, and achieve greater independence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Analyze behaviors to identify function and develop effective interventions
  • Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to staff
  • Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external providers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards
  • Support crisis intervention and behavioral strategies when needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning (as applicable)

Compensation

$50.00 per hour

What You Bring

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnoses
  • Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges

Certification:

  • Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Current TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray (as required)
