Position Overview
- Title: ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Schedule: Part-Time Evenings (3 PM – 7 PM)
- Setting: In-home ABA therapy
- Location: Los Angeles County (multiple client homes)
- Pay Range:
$20–$27/hour (based on experience, education, or RBT certification)
- Experience Level: Entry-level & experienced therapists welcome

What You’ll Do (and Love!)
As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist / RBT, you will:
- Work 1:1 with children in their homes
- Bring creative energy and warmth to each session
- Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to teach communication, play, social, and life skills
- Help kids build confidence and independence
- Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Track progress through data collection (we’ll train you!)
- Support families with compassion, positivity, and professionalism

Hours typically range 12–20 hours per week, with opportunities to increase as your caseload grows.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome:
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Behavior Therapists with a passion for helping kids
- New to ABA and wanting to learn (training provided!)
- Experienced ABA Therapists
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma (required)
- Experience with kids preferred (ABA experience a plus!)
- Reliable transportation in LA County
- Patience, professionalism, and a heart for helping others
- Strong communication skills
Onboarding Requirements
- Live Scan background check
- TB clearance
- CPR/First Aid (if required)
- Mandated Reporter training
- Completion of onboarding + ABA training
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- RBT credentialing (if applicable)
