Cooper Life is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support neurodivergent young adults & children in developing social skills and independent living skills and provide mentorship in community and home settings through community integration. The ideal candidate is patient, encouraging, reliable and passionate about helping individuals build confidence, autonomy, and meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients with daily living skills (e.g., cooking, shopping, transportation, hygiene)
• Provide positive mentorship and model appropriate social interactions
• Track progress and implement individualized support plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• sensory and occupational type activities
• ABA

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification
• Experience with autism or related developmental needs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Livescan Mandatory

Schedule: Part-time. 3 hours per week fri/sat/sun available afternoons
Location: Victorville
