⭐ About the Role

We are hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who value clinical autonomy, warm patient relationships, and a supportive organizational culture.
You will provide onsite (1 - 2 days / week) and telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management visits for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment concerns, caregiving stress, and other mental health needs.

This role offers:

• No evenings or weekends required (optional if preferred)
• Full-time W2 may be available as your panel grows — no requirement to transition

⭐ Requirements

• Active PMHNP licensure in California
• DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
• Collaborating physician, as required
• Malpractice coverage (minimum $1M / $3M)
• Comfortable with in-person and telehealth (video + phone) visits
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
