As we expand, we’re seeking a passionate Clinical BCBA Recruiter to help us attract and engage top-tier Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other clinical talent to join our mission of creating a world without limits.
What You’ll Do:
As a Clinical BCBA Recruiter, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our clinical teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring credentialed ABA professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively sourcing active and passive BCBA candidates through job boards, online databases, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing clinical candidates to ensure alignment with company standards and culture
- Building strong relationships with clinical professionals through consistent communication and follow-up
- Developing and executing creative and strategic sourcing campaigns tailored to attract top ABA talent
- Supporting university and graduate program partnerships to build pipelines of BCBA candidates
- Managing candidate data, interview feedback, and offer processes with accuracy and confidentiality
- Acting as a brand ambassador by promoting Behavior Frontiers’ values, mission, and benefits to prospective hires
- Collaborating with HR and clinical leadership teams to align hiring goals with organizational needs
- Performing other recruitment-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; focus in Psychology, Child Development, Human Resources, or Healthcare a plus
- 1+ year of experience in clinical or healthcare recruiting preferred; ABA industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge or understanding of ABA therapy, BCBA credentialing, and behavioral health industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple open requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with effective time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
