Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician (RBT Training Provided) - $22-$29/hr

Job Overview
We are looking for caring and motivated individuals to work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Duties

• Work 1:1 with children in home settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect simple data on behavior progress
• Support communication and social skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable working with children
• Experience with autism or ABA is a plus but not required
• Bilingual preferred.

Schedule: Part-time / After school hours (3pm-8pm)
