At CCBS, behavior technicians carry real clinical responsibility. You are the person implementing each client's program, measuring their growth, and building the kind of trusted relationship that person-centered care depends on.
Day to day
- Implementing individualized skill-building programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Collecting behavioral data every session to track progress
- Working with clients through structured activities and play
- Communicating with your clinical team and the families you serve
- Keeping your therapy space clean and organized
What we need from you
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)
- Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM
- Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
- Cleared TB test and completed immunizations
- Able to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs
- RBT certification (we'll cover training and certification if you don't have it)
- Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities
Compensation and benefits
- $23–$30/hr depending on experience
- Paid RBT certification training
- Paid drive time and mileage between clients
- Benefits starting at 25 hrs/week Career path: RBT Program Manager BCBA
- Mentoring BCBA
- No evenings or weekends — sessions end by 6:30 PM
