Intake Coordinator Suicide Care Clinic

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all requests for services to a multidisciplinary clinic are processed in a timely, accurate, appropriate manner with the highest service quality being delivered to our patients and referring provider offices.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. An equivalent combination of education and work experience to achieve a similar level of performance will be considered.

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years' experience in a medical office setting, with strong scheduling experience preferred. Customer service experience required.
