Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

***We are pleased to provide a $1,500 sign-on bonus. This bonus will be distributed in three installments of $500 each, payable upon the successful completion of 30, 60, and 90 days of the probationary period, provided there are no attendance or performance-related occurrences during that time.***

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and possess knowledge of applied behavior analysis.

**Duties:**

- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism

- Collect and record data on client behavior

- Assist in the development of care plans and treatment goals

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

- Support clients in daily activities and routines

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should have experience working with children, possess knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, and be familiar with medical terminology. Experience in behavioral health, care plans, medical records, and patient care is highly desirable.
