Executive Summary

Unique opportunity to join Therapy Center of New York and provide medication management and/or therapy to high functioning patients in a well-appointed office setting or through an intuitive virtual workflow for telemedicine. Set your own flexible schedule and receive full-spectrum support from an experienced administrative team. Attractive and market-competitive compensation (plus advancement possibilities). Potential for $500,000+ annual income for full-time Psychiatrist positions (e.g., 40+ patient hours per week).

Position Overview

Therapy Center of New York is offering Psychiatrists market leading compensation, flexible hours, and strong administrative support:

· ~$250,000 part-time to $500,000+ full-time positions

· Create your own flexible hours (including evenings and/or weekends)

· The practice’s seamless cloud-based virtual workflow enables you to provide telemedicine services to your patients from home, the office, or wherever you may be located

· Our Fifth Avenue office location (across from the Empire State Building) is centrally located and has convenient transportation access (multiple subway, Metro North and PATH train options). The office suites have been designed with contemporary finishes & furnishings to create warm & welcoming environments.

· We enable you to be time-effective and focused on patient care – our professionally-trained executive staff covers all your administrative needs (including credentialing & re-attestations, patient referrals, insurance benefits verification, patient intake, insurance claims submission & follow-up, billing, collections, scheduling coordination, IT systems including EMR / ERA / ePrescribing, records maintenance, legal / statutory / tax / filing compliance, real estate operations, supplies & provisions, database of useful tools & resources, after-hours & 24/7 emergency support, vacation back-up, fully HIPAA compliant procedures and more)

Available Locations

We are currently hiring for virtual telemedicine services; however, psychiatrists can also begin integrating care from our convenient office location in Midtown South (358 Fifth Avenue @ 34th Street) at their discretion.

Qualifications:

Required: Medical License, Doctoral Degree

Preferred: Experience with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders, Positive & Engaging Bedside Manner

Controlled Substances Patients: Please note - psychiatrist will need to complete a face-to-face with patients who are prescribed controlled substances in our NYC office at the start of the patient's treatment plan.
