Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician in Chicago, IL

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide specialized behavioral support in a school setting located in Chicago, IL. This is a per diem opportunity, offering flexible, as-needed work hours, ideal for professionals looking to supplement their schedule or gain experience in an educational environment.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collecting data on student progress, and collaborating with school staff and families to support positive student outcomes. The RBT will work directly with students to assist in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
