Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Wheeling clinic team. As an RBT at Motivated Learners, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized therapy, support skill development, and help clients achieve their goals in a collaborative and caring environment.
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Wheeling clinic team. As an RBT at Motivated Learners, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized therapy, support skill development, and help clients achieve their goals in a collaborative and caring environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Support clients with communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care. Attend training and supervision sessions to grow professionally.
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification (or willingness to complete certification process—training support provided).
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others. Must be reliable and able to work a consistent full-time schedule (M–F).
