Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


This position offers an opportunity to provide counseling services in a small K-12 school environment, supporting approximately 120 students. The role is based in Arlington, TX, at a high school level, requiring a counselor to work on a contract basis for the current school year. The schedule includes two days per week, totaling 12 hours weekly, with an immediate start.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in school counseling, preferably with K-12 student populations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt counseling approaches to a small school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored for youth support.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver counseling services to students, focusing on academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports as required.
