As a Community Liaison with Sacred Mission Hospice, you will play a pivotal role in meeting community needs, raising awareness of our services and programs, educating patients and their families on hospice principles, and advancing our mission.

On an Average Day You Will: (includes but not limited to):
Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
Analyze past and current marketing data.
Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
Analyze patient/company relationships.
Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and setting a reasonable timetable.
Implement the marketing plan, staying within the established timetable.
Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
Assist office staff as needed with going to physicians’ offices to obtain signatures, drop off IDG updates, etc.
Provide community outreach and education.
Ideal Candidate Meets the Following Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
Demonstrated success in marketing within the San Antonio/Bexar County medical community.
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
RN or similar medical background is a plus.
Fluency in conversational Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
