Job Opportunity: Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)
Location: Chicago, IL (Lakeview area)
Starting Pay: $23.00- $25.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time

Autism Support Chicago is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to join our team. If you’re dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism, we’d love to hear from you!

Eligibility Requirements:

• RBT Certification (Required).
• Availability to work in Chicago, IL
• Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Has reliable transportation

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with autism in a variety of settings (home, clinic, community).
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior and progress during each session.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to adjust programming as needed.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members about client progress.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
