Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Outpatient Mental Health

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, Arizona-licensed therapist to provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to a caseload that aligns with their clinical expertise and interests.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling and autonomy in caseload development. Clinicians may provide services via telehealth and/or in-person sessions.

Full-time clinicians (approximately 20–25 sessions per week) have average earning potential of $65,000+ annually, depending on caseload and availability.

What You'll Do

• Provide ethical, evidence-based psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 8–25 sessions per week, based on your availability
• Deliver services aligned with your specialty and clinical strengths
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding scheduling, privacy practices, and financial policies
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold strong ethical standards and clinical boundaries
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical growth
