Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this energetic role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, supporting clients in developing essential skills and improving their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring consistency and fidelity in delivery.
- Collect and record data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care routines, to promote independence.
- Use behavioral management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors in a supportive manner.
- Support clients during structured teaching sessions, utilizing evidence-based strategies rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Maintain confidentiality of medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to develop, review, and update individualized care plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), is essential.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and data collection methods used in behavioral health settings is advantageous.
- Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing behavior management strategies demonstrates your readiness for this role.

Pay: $25.49 - $36.00 per hour
