Concept Pelvic Health is looking for an outgoing, positive person to join our team as a full time lead patient care coordinator.
Concept Pelvic Health is a pelvic health specialty clinic providing pelvic and orthopedic physical and therapy to women and children of the North Fort Worth Area. We are growing and expanding and need someone passionate about keeping our families active, empowered, and pain free to help us in the process.

Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will play a huge role in the patient experience. You are often the first person the patients interact with at the clinic, and your role is to start building trust and confidence through each interaction. We strive to make each interaction positive, easy and empowering!
--Greeting both new and current patients as they walk in the door
--Facilitate communication between patients and staff members to ensure timeliness of appointments
--Actively seek to optimize the patients' and guests' experience
--Schedule appointments in person and by telephone
--Have a good working knowledge of the patient experience and be able to communicate it to the patient
--Comfort and connect with patients and their guests by being sensitive to their anxieties and needs
--Be comfortable with talking with people on the phone and selling services to leads (no cold calling)
--Maintaining a clean, tidy and orderly reception area
--Input documents and information into the electronic medical record
--Maintain patient accounts/records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information with high degree of accuracy
--Professional, punctual, reliable and accountable for quality of their work
Qualifications
In this role, it is very important to be comfortable talking to people about why they are needing physical therapy and may including shadowing clinicians to fully understand our approach and how we are different from other physical therapy clinics. Our patient come to us with sensitive matters and the person best able to do this job will be able to have conversations about potentially embarrassing topics and be able to handle with empathy.
--Navigate excel and online programming to maintain patient accounts in an electronic medical record
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills - especially phone skills
--Be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
--Attention to detail is a must
--Enjoys interacting with people, maintains focus and positive attitude in stressful situations
--Feels passionate about improving the quality of care in our healthcare system
--Self motivated to problem solve in challenging situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
