Upwards ABA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children develop new skills and reach their fullest potential.

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community
- Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and document client progress data
- Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience working with children or in ABA therapy a plus (not required)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation for local travel
