Do you believe positive behavior support can transform a student’s educational journey?

Established in 1955, Linden Oaks was one of the first programs of its kind serving children and adults with developmental disorders in Southern California. More than 70 years later, Linden Oaks is a thriving nonprofit organization offering a non-public school (K–12+), clinical therapy services from early intervention through adulthood, and an adult day program.
As an Education Program BCBA, you will work across the lifespan in both educational and clinical models - without spending half your day driving. You’ll collaborate with approximately 24 clinicians in a truly interdisciplinary environment, contribute to research initiatives with university partners, and enjoy a school-based schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays off.

  • Collaborate with Behavior Support and Intervention teams to implement positive behavior intervention systems.
  • Design and support instructional procedures using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA/FA) and analyze behavioral data.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Train and support teachers, instructional assistants, and staff implementing behavior programs.
  • Model behavior support strategies through direct student support when appropriate.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavior recommendations to teams and families.
  • Communicate with parents and staff regarding behavior strategies and student progress.
  • Supervise BCaBA and RBT staff.
  • Perform related duties to support student success and program effectiveness.

  • Knowledge of IDEA regulations and BACB guidelines.
  • Ability to conduct functional assessments and skill acquisition evaluations.
