Lead Your Social Work Career in a Bold, High‑Impact Direction

Are you a North Carolina Pre‑Service–trained leader with five or more years of CPS experience—ready to apply your expertise at a broader, statewide level?

Allies4Outcomes is expanding, and we are seeking experienced, forensically trained, strategically minded social work supervisors who are efficient, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to advancing excellence in child welfare practice.

We are redefining how social work is delivered in North Carolina. Our supervisors embody Allies4Outcomes' core values, including excellence in customer service, flexibility, innovation, and transparent, collaborative partnership with county agencies across the state.

Now Recruiting: Intensive Support Social Work Team (ISSWT) Supervisors

We are actively recruiting statewide, with immediate needs in the Charlotte, NC area and surrounding counties.

As a supervisor with the ISSWT, you will provide leadership, oversight, and direct support to staff engaged in frontline child welfare practice, including:

  • Overseeing completion of backlog assessment cases
  • Monitoring and supporting initiation of assessments
  • Guiding and reviewing Family In-Home Services and Permanency Planning activities
  • Supervising participation in after-hours and weekend on‑call rotations
  • Ensuring strict alignment with federal and state mandates, policy, and best practices
  • Coordinating with counties on case-carrying support (with anticipated expansion in 2026)

This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in a creative, innovative, non-governmental agency environment and who naturally model Allies4Outcomes' excellence-in-customer-service philosophy.
