Hours: 37.5 Billable Hours per WeekPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting for the 2025–2026 school year. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support students with behavioral and developmental needs.This role requires strong classroom collaboration skills, consistency, and the ability to support students in structured educational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students.Collect and document accurate behavioral data.Support students in academic, social, and functional skill development.Assist with behavior de-escalation using approved strategies.Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams.Maintain compliance with school policies and confidentiality standards.Required QualificationsActive RBT Certification (IN HAND) – RequiredMinimum 1 year of school-based experience – RequiredCPI Certification – Required (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807.
