We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who takes ownership of their role and ensures every patient experience is handled with care and precision.
The Role
This is more than a front desk position. You will serve as the communication hub of the practice — guiding patients through scheduling, treatment, and financial coordination while ensuring all details are completed accurately and followed through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly and professionally
- Coordinate schedules and treatment appointments
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations/pre-approvals
- Submit insurance claims and track claim status
- Manage follow-ups and incomplete treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and task completion
- Use closed-loop communication to confirm outcomes and next steps

Requirements
- Dental or healthcare coordination experience preferred
- Working knowledge of insurance pre-approvals and claim submission required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
