As a Clinic Director, BCBA, you will be part of a collaborative team deeply committed to clinical excellence and positive outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve escalated parental concerns following established protocols.
  • Ensure BCBAs have appropriate training and resources to manage full caseloads effectively.
  • Oversee accurate record-keeping and archiving of all documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Verify supervision and program management practices meet both organizational and BACB standards.
  • Assist with master schedule creation for client therapy sessions.
  • Utilize judgment in onboarding new clients based on "right fit" protocols and staff capacity.
  • Prioritize and ensure seamless onboarding for all new clients taken on by BCBAs.
  • Participate in the hiring and training of new BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
  • Facilitate parent and caregiver training sessions to enhance client outcomes.
  • Analyze client progress, update treatment plans, and adjust goals as needed.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and LBA, maintained in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA, with strong preference for at least 5 years total.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience managing caseloads and supervising RBTs/junior BCBAs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, planning, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt within a dynamic clinical setting.
  • Physical ability to engage on the floor with children (including sitting, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs.).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with onboarding and training clinical staff in ABA settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic records systems and progress data analysis tools.
  • Membership in relevant professional associations (e.g., CASP).
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and CEUs.
  • Expertise in parent/caregiver training and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to manage manageable caseloads efficiently while balancing administrative duties.
