We are seeking a

Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting.

• Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated care model.
• Participate in school and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
  
  

• MSW required, Missouri LCSW license or eligibility.
• Experience in clinical or medical settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
  

• Full-time, Monday–Friday outpatient position.
• Competitive salary between $70,000 and $85,000 per year.
