Dragonfly Cares is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team. This role offers a consistent 30-hour weekly schedule, ideal for BCBAs who want meaningful school-based work, stability, and work-life balance.

What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee and adjust ABA interventions to ensure student progress
- Provide training and consultation to school staff on ABA best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Supervise and support Behavioral Technicians/RBTs
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification; LBA required or in process
- Minimum 1 year BCBA experience (school-based preferred)
- Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills with families, educators, SLPs, OTs, etc.
- Consistent ~30 hours/week - reliable schedule & income
- Competitive pay: $75-$80 per hour
