This role provides behavioral health services inside skilled nursing / long-term care facilities. Prior SNF/LTC experience strongly preferred.
Full-time licensed clinician providing behavioral health services inside skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This is an in-facility role (not outpatient). Prior experience in SNF/LTC strongly preferred. Must hold independent MA license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC).
Provide psychotherapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities Maintain timely documentation Collaborate with facility administration and nursing staff Manage caseload across assigned facilities Meet productivity expectations
