Licensed Clinical Social WorkerPosition: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: MontanaPosition OverviewThis role is ideal for clinicians who value structure and reliability. You will deliver therapy to adults in a remote setting, focusing on practical interventions, continuity of care, and long-term client outcomes.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions
  • Create and adjust individualized care plans
  • Document sessions in line with state standards
  • Identify clinical risks and follow care protocols
  • Coordinate services when referrals are needed
Requirements
  • Active Montana LCSW license
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Experience in mental health treatment settings
  • Comfort using electronic health records
  • Strong organization and time management
